Call for Presenters: 2010 Disability and Employment Conference (9/15-17/10)

The Rehabilitation Services Administration invites professionals and students within the rehabilitation field to submit Program Proposals to be presented at the upcoming 2010 National Employment Conference, “In It to Win It:”  The conference will take place September 15-17, 2010 at the Key Bridge Marriott in Arlington, Virginia.

Nominations for presentations should clearly address the conference tracks.  A list of theme areas can be found below.  The Planning Committee will select papers for presentation based on the relevance to the theme areas and the narrative included with submission.  Proposals may be submitted for concurrent breakout sessions, poster sessions, or both.

2010 National Employment Conference Tracks

  • Transitioning Youth
  • Partnerships for Success: Leveraging Public/Private Resources
  • Underserved Populations: Strategies to Improve Outcomes
  • Focus on Career Strategies: Working with Individual and the Business Community
  • Technical Assistance for State Agencies and Employers
  • Disability Employment Research and Promising Practices
