The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) is holding an online dialog about transportation and assistive technology for people with disabilities between now and Friday, May 30th, 2014. DOT needs your input on mobility and transportation technology preferences and needs of riders with disabilities. Your ideas will assist DOT in identifying products and apps to enable all transit riders, especially those with mobility, hearing, vision, and/or intellectual disabilities, to plan, navigate, and use transportation options in their communities. The DOT dialog is being hosted through IdeaScale, through which users submit their ideas and the online community discusses and votes with the best ideas bubbling up to the top of the discussion.
