Inclúyeme (in Spanish) promotes the social and work inclusion of people with disabilities with offices across Latin America by creating spaces to enhance their employability and supporting organizations in implementing their diversity strategies. Inclúyeme works with people with disabilities (in Spanish) in various ways, such as assisting them in applying for competitive employment and providing courses aimed at increasing each person’s professional and personal development. Inclúyeme staff support businesses (in Spanish) in implementing inclusion strategies that are adjusted to each organization’s needs. Inclúyeme trains businesses to improve their practices when including employees with disabilities in their staff, connects businesses with workers with disabilities, and evaluates the physical and web accessibility of each business.
