The UPenn Collaborative on Community Integration is seeking your help in identifying initiatives aimed at increasing access to transportation and increasing transportation options for individuals with psychiatric disabilities.
We are looking to hear about any initiatives/programs to address transportation issues. These could include, but are not limited to efforts that:
1) Make transportation to community activities more affordable and accessible to individuals with psychiatric disabilities.
a. What policies have you changed?
b. What collaborations have you established?
c. What funding have you found?
2) Helped individual consumers enhance their knowledge about transportation options and Enhanced their skills in using transportation opportunities
a. What travel training programs have you sponsored?
b. What volunteer drivers system do you use?
c. Have you facilitated an ownership or helped consumers acquire licenses?

Please include the following information:
- Agency/organization name
- Program/initiative name
- Short description of this program/initiative

- Any materials (brochures, proposals, consumer transportation guides) available
