Did you know that the Center for Inclusive Design and Environmental Access (IDeA) offers an online continuing education program? The program is designed for anyone (e.g., advocates, builders/contractors, planners, architects, occupational and physical therapists, and policymakers) interested in learning about the universal design of places, products, and systems with a particular focus on the implications of a life span perspective.
The IDeA Center is now offering the next two courses in its online continuing education program. Course Dates: 3/26/2012 – 4/22/2012. Registration is open and available until March 22nd, 2012 for the following courses: Core Courses I: The Nature of Barriers and the New Demographics; and Special Topics: Universal Design & Transportation. Courses start March 26th, continue for four weeks until April 22nd, and are entirely online. Each course costs $250 USD. AIA members receive 15 CEU Credits.
